Use of personal data
On submitting personal data, you declare your consent that we collect your personal data and be able to assess it for marketing purposes. Your personal data may be shared within the company, not to third parties, and for later contacts (especially via e-mails) for the purpose of providing information about products, services and news. If the party responsible for the data processing on this website is located outside of the European Economic Region or Switzerland, then the Google Analytics data processing will be carried out by Google LLC. On behalf of the site operator, Google will use the accumulated information to assess the use of the website, to generate reports about website activities and to perform other services associated with using the website for the site operator (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). The justified interest in data processing lies in optimising this website, analysing the use of the website and adjusting the content. The interests of the users are sufficiently protected by using pseudonyms to protect anonymity.

Google LLC. is certified under the so-called Privacy Shield (list entry here) and on this basis guarantees an appropriate level of data privacy protection. The user identifications that are sent and the data linked with cookies, (e. g. user-ID) or advertising-IDs will be automatically deleted after 50 months. The deletion of data whose retention periods have expired, proceeds automatically in one month.

Collection of data by Google Analytics can be prevented if the person visiting the site changes the cookie-settings for this website. The collection and storage of the IIP-address and the data generated by cookies can also be denied at any time with future effect.
